I'm a 1 cup in the morning coffee person.
My mug is big enough for about 16 oz of coffee and I add 3 creamers and 3 sugars :loco

500 ml of water / protein drink with milk and an apple. maybe a coffee or tea mid morning, but im trying to cut caffeine or as much as i can out of my diet.

but if i do, i get a double double, or what ever sounds good at starbucks if i feel like a $4+ coffee

Coffee every day. Starbucks Pike blend or Dark roast (out here in KW we don't have a ton of good coffee joints). A regular from Tim's is how I like it mixed, but I hate Tim Horton's coffee.

I enjoy a nice tea too. Any kind of tea, very light, no cream no sugar.

At Tim hortons I get a double double, but if I make instant.. I load that shit up. Extra coffee mix in hopes it wakes me up more, two sweeteners, and usually a lot of milk to cool it down for instant consumption lol.

Tea for me. Any tea except for rice tea. That stuff taste like earth.

The only time I take coffee is if it's in cake or mixed with mocha or chocolate. :)

Seriously, Tim's regular is fine by me. At Starbuck an occasional misto or cafe mocha is noice.

I like all kinds of tea but I don't drink tea in the summer. Too hot.

Oh god did my local Tims make a fortune off of me. Large double double a 2-3 times a day. Starbucks would get some business occasionally, caramel machiatto. These days i've really eased up on it. I'll have a coffee every few days, and have upped my tea drinking. David's Tea has some awesome tasting teas. I've also bought a Tassimo machine, so i'm set with lattes.

What does coffee and tea have anything to do with protein drink? Apart from a constant reminder to tm3 that you're drinking protein drink.

Steeped tea 1 milk Tim Horton's, probably like 2-3 times a day depending on how mentally draining my day has been

When cold and awake: Tim's hot chocolate (in winter time the candy cane hot chocolate!)

When hot and tired: Tim's espresso iced capp (sometimes with an extra shot of espresso)

My preference is tea though, all around.

Anyone favors McDonald's drinks here? I don't mind their iced coffee, but I found their cafe menu (tried a mocha something the other day) not too great. Maybe just didn't get the right thing.

Funny, drinking tea while i seenthis Tea, earl grey, bought from the store, and make it strong...one cup in the morning, one travel mug en route to work, and one thermos whilst at work bare min each day

Throw in a cup here or there after supper/before bed....
Started using honey instead of sugar and milk. Stainless cups only
