I think if there has been proof of road rage such as the video above, there should be a permanent ban on the culprit's driving privileges. No chance of fighting back, and no insurance companies should even take a look at their name. Their cars should be taken away and donated.

I pass on the right all the time.
If some tool is doing 90 in the fast lane I pass on the right.

If slower moving traffic would just stay to the right people wouldnt pass on the left.


I'm watching on my cell so can't really come to a conclusion about road rage or not.

The only think that happened was buddy cut me off like in first vid. After that I stayed behind him.

And no the brake check I would keep in for amusement. I have the rear camera as well.

Thank goodness most of these nut bars drive crap boxes for cars with brakes that don't do much. I had a guy in Montreal do this to me several times in an old Hyundai accent, after the first one I realized it was mostly just body roll and tail lights minus any sort of meaningful deacceleration despite one of the tires locking up. Wish I had a camera for that crazy driver
