Hi,

Just hoping to see if any fellow members here can shed some ligh tot my Daytime Running Light / High beam issue ony m 2010 Mazda 3 Sport. I had the Nokya (9005) hyper yellow bulbs installed and ran for 3 years with no issues. I noticed last Friday that my DRL did not turn on, so I replaced my bulbs with the Eurolite from nextmod. Same issue, the DRL did not turn on and only 1 side turned out when I used high beam.

I searched the owner's manual and took out the DRL relay (as per picture from another member) and now none of the high beam works. I made an appointment to check with Jimmy this Thurday, but if anyone can provide some input would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you guys!!

Change the fuse you blew it. It's on the engine side. Number 33-38 two of them. It takes a 15amp fuse. Check it first!

Thanks for the input! I will check the fuse after I get off work. Just want to verify, did you mean Fuse 32 and 33? Or check all the fuse from 32 to 38? Sorry for the confusion.

32 H/L LO RH 15 A Headlight low beam (RH)
33 H/L LO LH 15 A Headlight low beam (LH)
34 ILLUM 7.5 A Dashboard illumination
35 TAIL 15 A Tail lamp
36 ENG INJ 15 A Engine control system
37 ENG BAR 15 A PCM
38 ENG BAR 2 20 A PCM

Actually its fuse #5 , 20A . #32/33 is the low beams but if your low beams work fine then nevermind!

I pulled out fuse #5 and it shows that it's normal as per example below. All my other lights work (low beam, signals, side marker, etc). Do you have other ideas that I can look into?

I pulled out fuse #5 (the green 20 fuse) and it was normal as per the diagram I tried posting earlier (pending approval from the moderator). Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help guys!

use tinypic or photobucket to host your pictures. The fuse wasn't blown?

Sorry, I tried Tinypic, and it still had a pending approval by moderator message. The fuse was not blow as the "U" was perfectly normal, not broken. I PM'ed you instead.
