Your best bet is to go to body shops and get estimates ...

1800? No...
I'd say about 600 (or maybe even less) at a Chinese body shop. My wife hit a underground parking pillar in her civic and did about the same as you and I think the bill was 400ish. PM me if you want such a place up in Markham, only problem is he's so busy you are likely to have to wait a week to get slotted in.

$600 or less, that is likely just painting over the damage.
This looks like damage to both the door, and the wheel well. To fix properly, this will need paint, labour, and likely parts as well.
As others have said, best to take it to a body shop and get an estimate.

Nope. Not just a paint over. The little V thing that stick out from the civic was pushed in. And she waited a few week before deciding she's ok to spend to fix the car so it started rusting. All fixed properly for between 400 and 600, I don't fully recall the exact amount. I do know repainting the whole hatch on my car was 360 from a stupid brother in law dumbass open the garage door while I as unloading incident.
I have experienced bad low cost body shops before and this one was a great find. It's unfortunate for the driving public(great for him) he's getting a lot of work and very busy and has been raising his prices.

Is there any bondo in those repairs?
I would like to know how he can make this metal look "as before" without doing some kind sheet metal work.

The door and skirt are also damaged. Not sure how all that plus a proper repair to the quarter could be done for 600.
If that's CWP also then the repair price just went up...
No way $600 damage...
To repair the very small rust spot on my wheel well was $515 each for both sides... All was done was sand and paint so theirs no way it's only $600 damage... Hell I paid $800 to have my front clip repainted (no body work just sand and paint)

Make a list of body shops. Take the time and hit up a few of them and get a price. Alot of these places have reviews on them in the yellow pages online. Take your time and find a good deal. If the price is super cheap in comparison to most places it may mean you arent going to have a quality job done. Your going to look around 600-850. Those place are not terribly difficult to work on. Just be weary of super low prices. Ask to see pictures of other vehicles they have done. Most reputable places keep a portfolio.
Figure between $1000-$1200 for a good job.
(1) the crease line on the bottom of the door is damaged, the skin is damaged right at the frame, it may need a new skin as both areas of damage will be tough to restore, plus the quarter is damaged in a bad spot, this too will take considerable time to properly work out, it is double panel so cannot get behind it with a dolly to work out the damage.
Plus add the fact that it is CWP. It doesn't look like a lot but trust me it will be a lot of labor unless you will be happy with some backyard Bondo expert.

Thanks for the responses guys!
To be honest, I don't mind cosmetic damages like this but I'm worried about it rusting. I'm no mechanical expert but could I just buy rustproof spray and just spray the crap out of that area?

It'll look worse, like a patch of primer. Nevertheless, if you must go this route get the spray cans that use zinc, best for rust prevention. They sell it at home depot. But since you're willing to go that route, just use white tremclad I suppose and monitor it periodically until next summer. Hope it works out but keep in mind you might be charged more for its removal come repair time.

I'd almost like to see that 300 repair.
$300, yeah right, Bondo put on with a trowel then leveled and painted. First bump you hit it will be on the road. Some guys are artists with bondo and do a passable job. But it is ghetto.
