looking for a MMA / Muay Thai Gym in Scarborough/Markham

Now that my arm is (almost) healed I want to sign up for some MMA or Muay Thai classes. I'm looking for places close in north East Scarborough/ south east markham area. Obviously something not too expensive and where the people are proper trainers, I heard too many bad stories of people getting hurt because the trainers were not good.

There's a place on Grand Marshall Blvd (across from Home Depot) by Morningaide and Sheppard.

I would suggest checking out a place or 2. I've checked out a few places and found one that works well for me (for boxing). I'm still looking for an MMA gym myself that will work for my scheduling, however I've not had much luck yet. I'm a little east of you in Whitby, though.
