Ya I might have to switch to the east meet because the North Meet is too out of the way for me. I live in Richmond Hill. It just makes sense to go to the east meet since its already on the way to the event

Last year I went to the west end pre-meet. It was well out of the way for me as I live at allen and sheppard but I wanted to join the cruise for as long as I could. It was one of the best parts of the day for me. Nothing like cruising down the 401 with 80 other mazdas. Also, it was pretty cool last year when the west and North meet met up on the 401.

Had a garage sale today and handed out quite a few flyers. Hope they make it through the registration in time, and on to the forums for a pre-meet. One person said he knew of TM3, but wasn't a member. Said he knew a few people that might register.

I know registrations are closing tomorrow S.F.W., and I can fully understand why you'd need to in order to plan everything out... but will late visitors have a link to follow after tomorrow strictly for new 'registered and paid' attendees (maybe a contact form that a mod can monitor, and respond to for a few extra days as the final plan for event day is being made?).

Ouch that'll slow the process down, pre meets should try and be there extra early as to help the flow of cars, last thing we want to do is be stuck in a huge line of a-holes who didn't pay before hand like asked.

A lot of the non paid people are not TM3 members. Many are older people, who do not understand the pay now functionality. I had originally intended to create a video to show people how to pay without a paypal account. Unfortunately...I never completed it.

well also its a donation, people might not want to donate money for whatever reason it may be, and thats nothing against them. also they might not trust pay-pal, or emt's as alot of people do get their information stolen. lets not worry about this, we have 356 people that have donated, thats $7,120 we have raised for a great place. I guess my point being, lets stop filling this thread full of complaints and frustrations, as this is supposed to be a positive event people, atleast half of the posts in this thread will probably prevent people from joining. lets just keep our heads up until the day of, and lets see how things play out.

well also its a donation, people might not want to donate money for whatever reason it may be, and thats nothing against them. also they might not trust pay-pal, or emt's as alot of people do get their information stolen. lets not worry about this, we have 356 people that have donated, thats $7,120 we have raised for a great place. I guess my point being, lets stop filling this thread full of complaints and frustrations, as this is supposed to be a positive event people, atleast half of the posts in this thread will probably prevent people from joining. lets just keep our heads up until the day of, and lets see how things play out.

EDIT: it looks like the Barrie meet might be out of the way... kind of depends on if you are on the southeast or the southwest end of lake simcoe.
