I sent a inquiry to Erin Mills Mazda via their website... then never got back to me. I figured meh, whatever. And then today I got a link to their newsletter in my inbox. Instant unsubscribe on my part. Turkeys.

If you used their website, it usually generates a contact sheet that gets funnelled into their customer leads database. Usually you should get an instant reply saying that they've received your inquiry. It's always best to call the dealer. I've heard stories where dealers trash email leads with no phone numbers. I remember in 2007 one of my friends did reception for an auto loan company and she'd shred dozens of leads every morning just because it had the lead had no phone number.
