Installing fresh lowering springs.

So I just installed a set of prokits on my car and I didn't get the drop I was hoping for (better than nothing), over time do the springs get a little looser and lower the car even more or no? Honestly these springs are amazing, good ride quality with good handling, braking and accelerating feels smoother. Only downside is it didn't go as far down as I wanted it to.

Let them settle for about a week.

I picked up a set used from a member and haven't installed them yet. Would they still settle a bit after installation? Or would that only happen on the first install?
