I've been trying to post picture but i don't know how to and can't figure it out. Even trying to put avatar but the only option seems to be "Do not use avatar" under the "Edit Avatar" section.

you need 11 posts until you can post your avatar.
Pictures, you should host on a third party site (photobucket ,etc) and then use the img function.
