Brake rebuild kits - Any place local to buy

I'm looking for brake rebuild kit, the boot and square ring for front and back. My brake boots are fried from the heat and melted to the pads

Mazda wants 40 each for front and back kit. I found Centric rebuild kit for 5-6$ on summitracing, but they want 30 bucks for shipping. So wanna ask if there is anyone who have rebuild the brakes, know someplace local or in Canada for this or any other similar kits before I pull the trigger to go with them.

Thank you. How did I forgot to check rockauto. They got the same rebuild kit for 3$ and half the shipping cost. Gonna order extra kits now.

Thanks, but those are the same caliper as mine. Plus I want to order extra rebuild kits for my spare parts bin. You never know when you mind need it.
