Just got a email from them saying its now open
Opening Wednesday, October 16th, the brand-new Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada will be an extraordinary destination for millions of Torontonians and visitors to our great city. Ripley Entertainment Inc., a part of The Jim Pattison Group from Vancouver, British Columbia, brings us this world-class attraction to the heart of downtown Toronto, next to the CN Tower.

They do. Its called the black lagoon or something. I think they said 16 sharks and 3 species.

They have everything you would expect an aquarium to have. I was there last Saturday for their family and friends pre-opening day and everything was up and running. Awesome experience and well worth the admission price even tho we didn't have to pay lol. If I remember I'll post a few pics here if anyone is interested.

Yes parking will be an issue for many... Most of us will probably use the subway because its cheaper...

yeah ive seen the pics online! im in! supposedly they have an annual pass too... im gonna go a bunch of times, get drunk and trash talk some sharks!

As long as there's not a hockey game going on, you can get parking for about $10 at the CBC building on front st or under Roy Thompson Hall on Wellington ( this lot is pretty large and can park together if you want)

My company was the forming company for this job. We built this place from the ground up. The architectural design is pretty awesome. Really cool project I got to work on!

As long as there's not a hockey game going on, you can get parking for about $10 at the CBC building on front st or under Roy Thompson Hall on Wellington ( this lot is pretty large and can park together if you want)
