Ok guys, list what\'s out there. The only one I\'ve seen is the Mazdaspeed springs and struts from Japan. And as we all know, that\'ll cost an arm and 2 legs.

Eibach and H&R both have springs available.

Do you have to go over speed bumps and small curbs (ie. into a driveway) at an angle? How much lower is your car? 1.5\"?

Speaking of which, did Fabian lower his car? I just remember him taking those speed bumps at an angle at the second meet.

about 1.5 (maybe more?) in the front...about 1 in the back

the front\'s really low...there\'s only about 1cm gap between the wheel and the fender

bumps and slopes (e.g. underground garages) are fine...and I\'ve only scraped once going off a steep driveway...

It looks like a half inch drop (?)

hey autoexe where did u get your springs and how much?

www.boomplustoys.net...about $600

I don\'t think they\'re really worth the price and wait (took over a month to come in from Japan) now that the H&R springs are availble (didn\'t like Progress or Eibach). Don\'t get me wrong, they\'re great, but they\'re expensive and take forever to come from Japan. Also, I wish the back sat lower.

$600 for just the springs? including installation? What about shocks?

That\'s expensive for just the springs.

I believe the AutoExe springs are imported from Japan. Eibach and H&R springs are more readily available and can be had for about $500, I don\'t remember if that was the installed price though.

As with most AutoExe products, they\'re very very expensive. The $600 is for the springs only (well with shipping and customs charges too) and doesn\'t include installation...I got them installed at SpeedStarsAuto in Scarborough for $170.

I\'ve always wanted the rest of the AutoExe products - the kit, the intake, the exhaust...but that\'ll run at least $5000-6000. Not really worth it for a car of this price.

I\'d get the H&R springs. They should run about $500 installed. Or, if you want it really low apparently Eibach Sportline (lowers 1.8\", different from Pro Kit) will be available soon.
