View Full Version : How much should I ask for my 2010 GT??

Hi guys, I want to sell my 2010 GT with luxury package and sunroof, the car has currently 140 000 km.
Im going to replace all 4 brake discs and pads for the new owner.
The car has no issues and is still under warranty until july 2015 or 160 000 km.

Rust proofed and in excellent condition

The KMs are very high. I have a 2007 Mazda 3 with 143 000 and with only 20k left on the warranty you may not get what you want for it

I say between 10 - 12k

Canadian Black book showed average price of a bit over $13,700. However with your mileage, you might be lucky to get 10-12K as JonsMazda mentioned earlier.

that is what i thought, I forgot to mention I have a Sport version (hatchback) and its a 6 Speed manual

I would at least post at 12k. Worst case scenario you walk away with 9-10. I truly hate selling used cars. People can really be dicks. Good luck!!

Hmm...if you're posting your 2010 GT with 140k at 12k then maybe I need to re think my 2010 speed3 with 50k at 16,500. EEEk

I traded it in for a new VW Jetta TDI for $16000, I found it at a little car dealer in Oakville. See link.

Yes loving the new VW, I was driving in rush hour traffic from Milton to Toronto daily and the clutch, pull up five feet was getting a little tiresome. In the city so far I'm getting about 300-350 extra km's per tank, plus $.20/L cheaper.
