Lockdown security remote starter install.

I was looking for a remote starter for my AT 08 Mazda 3. Found out about Lockdown security on this forum, gave them a call, booked an appointment, remote starter installed and done (nice and quick)! On Monday when I was going to work and tried to start the car from home car starts and then goes into panic mode (you know the honking and lights flashing), what tha....!! I thought maybe I did something wrong so I turn off the car lock the doors and tried again and same thing. Called Jeff and he said to bring it over.

I had to leave work early and not to mention hwy 401 traffic. Anyways got there and he (Jeff) took my car right away and fixed it :)

Overall not a bad experience but I live in Mississauga and had to make two trips to Scarborough. Jeff is a nice guy to talk to and I have heard good reviews about him on this forum but I guess we all make mistakes.

**This is not a rant as the issue was resolved but just my experience with Lockdown security**

Same thing happened on my remote starter in my Mazda 3. It was not installed by Jeff. Got the honking and everything and I brought it back and got it fixed. Took a couple of trips but no issues for 2 years now.

I got a remote starter for my other ride and no problems whatsoever. This one was installed by Jeff.
