Hey guys.
I use my handheld GPS quite a bit. By any chance, anyone know of a good dash mount on the market?
Or where I can I find one?
Thanks.

I know a lot of people use these for their iPods and I believe there is one available for the Mazda 3, so maybe something in here can help you out.

If you decide to get tint, just remember to get ceramic tint ... just in case. Apparently metallic tints can interfere with the GPS signal, although I\'m not sure how much it will affect a handheld.

Awesome, thanks guys.
Is there a shop in the city that I could find any, or is purchasing over the internet the only way to find \'em?

Off the top of my head, I\'d say try Radioworld (http://www.radioworld.ca/gps/gps.php) on Steeles just west of the 400.
I was able to have Compusmart order a PDA mount for my iPod from Arkon (http://www.arkon.com/satmount.html).

i\'m gonna echo bluntman and say Radioworld is the best bet to get a GPS.
their webstore, GPSDepot (www.gpsdepot.ca), has a promotion going on where you get a $20 instant rebate on any order over $200. (prices are the same as in-store).
that\'s where i picked up my gps. shipping is $10 - it is insured and comes in 2 business days.

Not trying to hijack the thread or anything but, which GPS units do you use and which would you recommend? I\'ve been looking at a couple of Garmin units because they are pretty small but at the same time I really like a couple of the Magellan units as well even though they\'re a bit bigger. Is it basically personal preference? Most of them have many of the same features and it\'s confusing for a beginner. :D
