Cobb is so-so. The Hypertech tuner is a much better tuning solution. The Sure motor mounts are much better built than Cobb and have a better track recoed, the downpipe is ok, but you can get super cheap ones on eBay and since our cars are turbo and back pressure is the name of the game, many run a Mz3 2.0L exhaust.
CPe is the bestest.

should look at getting fuel pump internals also… autotech (Cobb sells on their website). Or replace the whole thing with a cp-e hpfp.

cobb's parts aren't the best, but they work.... I've seen their parts break on subarus and had other issues... not the greatest design or quality control I've seen.... they're designed to be made at reasonable cost, that's all
there's better parts out there, but prepare to pay a lot more

Please enlighten us with some of these "better parts" that are out there and your experience of COBB parts on your car.

I have one of those, the car feels faster, definitely higher torque at top rpms

Amen to hypertech! :worship

My experience with aftermarket parts.... They all break....
CPe - dp cat died
Cobb - AP fried my ecu
Magnaflow - baffles in muffler gave up
Ultimate Racing - FMIC untreated BPV flange, rusted to shits
Hellahorn - just died
I mean crap happens...
My 2 cent on COBB products, they are good. That's all.

Everything COBB i've got on my car is top notch. And having just had to deal with their Customer Service this week, i was floored at how professional, polite, and above and beyond they were. Not just for a car tuning company, but like, for any company.
The service rep wanted to make sure I got my AP V3 replacement for my busted V2 TODAY, so he found the best shipping price, charged me cost for shipping, and then, when he wasn't sure if he'd make their daily shipping cutoff, told me there was a FedEx depot on his way home and he'd drop it there if needed.
Service is half the battle AFAIC. Combined with build quality and they're definitely top of my list for parts now.
