Crazy race understeer video

A friend of mine asked me what is under and over steer; after explaining it we went on google and found this video on examples of understeer.
Had to share cause these are supposedly seasoned race drivers and couldn't believe their inability to adjust accordingly even when there are FLASHING lights of emergency vehicles.
