Hey guys. I've been doing a lot of looking around and it seems like a Mazdaspeed3 front brake swap is the best bang/buck scenario for big braking power. I'm pulling my car off the road in April to save money on insurance and do some modifications for tracking the car in the fall.
I found "mazdaspeed3" rotors and calipers on rockauto.com, but I'm not sure of quality, and if I can source them I'd like to use OEM parts. I don't even know if these parts are the same thing or if they'll even work on my car. I have a 2006 GT, 5 Speed. I got the car towards the end of last summer, drove it all winter for work but am now looking to get more out of it.
Eventually I'm going to get crazy enough and hopefully have the money to punch it out to 2.5 and build the motor. But that's a whole other thread. The first step is brakes/rubber.
Thanks in advance for your time and any suggestions regarding sourcing parts/fitment of non-oem ms3 parts. Learning to love the community.:)

"This guy." Psh.
I keep getting told to just buy a mazdaspeed... **** that, at that point I can almost afford a WRX or a proper RWD sports car.
