I got clunking on the rear and when I got the car up on the hoist we found the traction/trailing arms (especially the right) having a completely shot bushing.

I came across this but it seems an old group buy:

What's on the market for MZ3/MS3 rear traction arms? I was hoping to get something that's heim jointed but quality/protected from the elements.

Edit: Although these seem to be an additional arm not the actual trailing arm (on my old protege they were called traction arms I had megan racing ones)

Do you want a trailing arm or an aftermarket traction arm. Because if you want a trailing arm, you're barking up the wrong tree by posting traction arm group buys.
No one makes aftermarket trailing arms.
Seriously couldn't think your post through before getting annoyed??...

Doesn't this damn car have any after market suspension parts (aside from camber arms just because people slam their hard parked cars)?????

If youre serious, contact dominant engineering. He has LCAs and rear camber arms. He is a seriously skilled welder, might jsut take some time to get them.
He made a live rear axel with adjustable strange dampeners for drag racing. $500 shipped and you just need to notch the spare wheel well.

Hes all i can think of. We get no luv

It seems PowerFlex makes poly bushings for the trailing arm. Just not sure of the correct part number or where to order for the best price. Seen a few on ebay. I prefer heim jointed over polyurethane bushings though. Had experience with both and not a fan of polyurethane but better than rubber crap.

The general consensus is just to replace the trailing arm bushing with OEM. It's usually not worth the hassle of eking out the little aftermarket support there is for the smaller suspension bits. I think someone here tried getting powerflex bushings a few years back and had a bit of an ordeal trying to get the correct part delivered.

The OEMs tend to go around 100k km so you'll only replace them maybe once or twice in the life of the car anyway, I had mine done around 165k-ish; don't intend to see the day I have to get them done again.

Besides, the bushing itself is only like $30 or something from the dealer, they're not THAT bad of a part, especially for the price. The PITA is the install.

My rear brakes just went so to not waste time I'm getting the OEM bushings to get the rear brakes redone and the bushings at the same time. But.. anyways hopefully this helps someone out there who was curious. Powerflex is the best aftermarket option and in the hours of searching I did a few autox guys liked them on some state side forums.

No time to waste nor do I want double the labour just will get both done tomorrow.
