Giving away a set of springs!!

Hey folks!

I have decided to do a giveaway for my Tein H-Tech (Gen1) lowering springs! This is a perfect opportunity to lower your car on a tight budget!

They have served me well, but now that I am on coilovers I have no need for them. Exact milage is unknown, I purchased them lightly used and put approximately 50k on them before changing my setup. They never had any issues for me, aesthetically they appear tired, but function 100% properly. Consider them pre-settled.

Rules:

- Contest begins today April 25th 2014 and ends in one month on May 25th 2014

- You must submit a picture of your Mazda with some form of exaggerated wheel gap. Be creative, put something in the void space, do some 4x4ing, it’s up to you!
-- Submit your entry in this thread. We all want to see what you come up with!

- All you have to do is meet the above requirement you will be entered into the draw. Someone will be randomly selected at BubbaQ on May 25th 2014


If you are present at that meet, i will have them with me! Otherwise, pickup will be your responsibility. If the winner cannot arrange something with me within 30 days of the contest closing it will be a re-draw to select a new winner.

Do these have any warranty on them?? Just wondering cus they look pretty rusty and from my experience with rusty prokits (that actually broke because they just got too rusty) they could crack in the not too distant future. The new owner might want to claim warranty on them. Which is what I did :P

I imagine the warranty is over with these guys. If the winner is able to get them to honor a warranty that's great though!

Like i said i never had any issues at all in the ~2 years they were on my car, i would confidently reinstall them if i decided to part my car but i thought i would give someone else the opportunity to enjoy them.

Love this thread. Last time I used rusty springs before installation I sprayed them with rubberized truck bed liner (a more industrial plastidip if you will) which worked great.

Back to seeing people showcase their 4x4'ness! I wanna see some pictures rolling in now that it's Spring and people are getting their summers on (ie seemingly intensifying the wheel gap at stock height)

If anyone needs them, they aren't too expensive aftermarket, and the plastic inserts aren't expensive from the dealer :P Just did it all for my car, most expensive thing was the harness that you plug into the existing wiring :P
