Ok well consider I have never done this before maybe a bit better advise that that would help. I pressed the data log button when I was driving. On day to day not on a dyno so should I do something else

What I can do is re take it. Is there a certain Time I should run the log for. Should I start it then do a hard acceleration and slow down. Then stop.

maybe, start log at 2000rpm. full throttle end at redline, neutral, stop log. 3rd,4th gear pulls.

If you spend more than 2 minutes reading about data logs it's pretty obvious what needs to be done.

Hey OP,
start in 4th gear at 2500rpm and stomp on the bitch all the way to 6900rpm and you got yourself a proper log. Becareful of the police, you will get a stunt driving ticket if you get caught. Make sure you do this shit on a flat road some where in Mexico, if you know what I mean. Oh yeah, one more thing. Take that ricer shit off your car, that shit is nothing but a heat score if you know what I mean.

the 8.6 AFR may be due to the known MS3 SWAS problem.
also, since you don't know how to properly read a log, and i'm sure don't know how to tune with ATR, I recommend head to MSF for a bunch of their guides, NOT to tune it yourself, but to understand what's going on.
