I see they're both available at many performance parts places around but I'm having a real hard time understanding the diference.
I thought I was set on getting a set of Koni Strt.t to replace the stocks on my 07 m3 2.3 but Now I'm seeing FSR (Part #2100-4040) avialble as well and not sure what the actually difference is.
You help would be appreciated - Thanks

Actually done some more reading - I think i have it figured out.
Koni Str.t are very similar to stock but slightly stiffer - Like Koni yellows on full soft setting. These can accomodate some stiffer springs.
Koni FSD - also similar to stock but maybe not as "sporty" as STR.T - progressive dampening - can take some lowered shocks (somehwat more that the STR.T. Not sure if this is helpful.
I'll be going with STR.t when budget allows

I have had Koni Oranges/STR.T & Prokits for a year now with no complaints. Good OEM replacements. You can get local pricings by contacting some of our sponsors.

my friend has the koni oranges and they are soooooooooooofft as all hell....not sure if it was something wrong but he bought them new. he has them paired with prokits and beefy tires, he rubbed until he rolled his fenders

Most people have said oranges are slightly stiffer than OEM. He was probably hellaflush and needed a roll. They are not adjustable compared to the yellows.

Not soft. Definitely stiffer than the OEM waterbed I replaced.

hes on prokits which isnt much of a drop, theres still wheels gap. im sure it was the beefy 235 tires he was running. i can literally bounce his car up and down by pushing it. my old oems seemed stiffer imo. :/

Probably more the prokits were used and the spring rate worse. Oranges are stiffer than oem.

Wobbly springs. I have no body roll on my used prokits.

Well something is wrong then. Mine barely moves when pushed, even full body weight.
