Brake Rotors/Pads

I noticed on RockAuto that some brake rotors/pads show that it's compatible with USA/Mexico Mazda3s but not Canadian ones. Is there actually a difference between the countries? Specifically it's a 2008 Mazda3 GS, Auto, 2.0L.

Yes BIG difference. If your Mazda 3 was produced in Mexico it's actually a fake.
