Hi all,
I've a set of fog lights from NextMod and had them in for some time.. Unfortunately since the beginning of spring they haven't been working anymore.
Checked the fuse that goes into the dude box and it's still okay. The on/off switch that goes into those of the three slots glows green which I know means it's not that..
Figured it was a light and still not working. I'm at a loss. Fogs aren't leaking or damaged.
Any ideas?

Well start at the headlight and see what voltage you have, from there work back checking connections....

Oof looks like I need a multimeter then

Is it a LED? Is it under warranty?
Step 1) Remove the lights and hook them directly to the battery (respecting +/- if it is a LED) to check to see if it is the light that is not working, or if it is something else.
Not sure what jeffjones is talking about, sounds like he is over complicating things, or maybe I just misunderstood?

I was assuming he checked the bulbs already as he has already checked the fuses and foglight housings.....
I was just saying to test to see if you have a voltage at the bulb connector, If you get your 12V, the bulb is the problem, If you don't, you have a problem in the circuit and you have to start at one end and work backwards......

Fog light assembly is not under warranty. Got it from Next Mod etc. Bulb is not LED. It's one of those bright halogen bulbs you can get at Pmall / etc. I'll ask my buddy for his multimeter and try to figure it out.

Ohh so this is like an entire aftermarket fog light assembly?
I would still say get the bulb out and check that it is OK. That is super easy to do (even easier since we're not talking LEDs) and will tell you right away if your bulbs just need replacing or if you need to spend a fair amount of time finding a wiring problem.
Don't need a multimeter for that.

Just so we are on the same page, have you checked the bulb?
As my advice is assuming you have already checked to see if the bulb is burnt out, just figured if a lightbulb isn't working, most people check that first before fuses....

When the bulb was taken out one of them was burnt out and I had replacements to put in and they still didn't work. Tried the stock bulbs that came with the fogs. Nothing
