The thing about these CF hoods you gotta be careful with is the quality of the work. One guy in Toronto Civic Club bought a CF hood off of Ebay and the hood striker came loose and the hood flew open on the highway. Luckily the hinges held or the whole hood would\'ve flown off.

I\'ve heard of stories like that too. Some would advise installing hood pins with the CF hoods, in addition to the regular hood latch.
