I\'ve seen them riding around in the parking lot at Sheridan college. I don\'t know what program that is part of though.

Canadian Motorcycle Association (http://www.canmocycle.ca/)
I took their course, great instructors. The course is in Hamilton tho.

Sheridan (http://www.sheridanc.on.ca/learning/motorcycle/)
I believe this couse is at the Oakville location.

Better yet there is a list here, MTO (http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/gradu/motocourse.htm)

I didn\'t have any problem getting insurance, it has only been a couple of years for me now. depending the type of bike you ride the cost will vary. Your car ins should not be affected at all since your motorcycle ins is completely separate and just as much a rip off. Unfortunately this hobby\\form of transportation is expensive.
