you do it the hard way and remove the calipers to paint....
or do it the easy way... just mask off EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you don\'t want to get paint on... then spray away
Spray OR using a paintbrush... but be careful to NOT get any paint on the rotors or the brake pads, or car body.

Jack up car
Remove wheel
Clean your caliper (you can buy a bottle of brake cleaner at crappy tire)
Mask off the brake pad
Paint with a brush kit - easier than spray
You may want to get a set (2) or 4 jack stands to keep the car in the air while you\'re doing it. It would be safer if you need to crawl underneath the car to do the back part of the calipers (if you want to do so).
Here is a useful link with some pictures you can see:

Word of advice....
MAKE SURE YOU JACK THE CAR UP AT THE RIGHT JACK POINTS!!!!!
You might want to sand the calipers down before spraying or applying the paint. I found it better than caliper cleaner, but both work.

Crappy tire has the blue calipar paint in spray can. I\'ve read someone cut open a pop can and spray the paint in the can, then apply with a brush... I think you can do that, I thought of it before but red matches better with my car.
Or you can use rust paint, but expect a longer dry time.

Try the dupli color caliper paint kit from canadian tire. 20 bucks gets you brake cleaner, brush, masking tape and a can of paint you brush on.
I\'ve only seen Red though. Can\'t find the Black or Silver ones.
Anyways, does anyone know what socket size the lug nuts are?
and ft.lbs of torque to tighten them? I remember it being in the range of 85-90.
