Door mouldings

After seeing a pictures of the JDM Axela I want to remove my door mouldings and 2.3 badges...Axela Badge, LED Tails...now I gotta remove the mouldings to complete the conversion.

Is it too late to remove them? I\'m afraid the paint will have faded and won\'t match. My car\'s 4 months old. I hardly ever park in the sun btw....at school and at home it\'s garaged.

Na, i don\'t think it\'s too late

Although once you remove them, they aren\'t going back on.

You can always use a nice heat gun on them. They\'re just held on by two-sided tape.

The paint will still match no problem. I know people who have done this years after the car was new.

2 Things to think about before doing this:

1) You will be more prone to door dings. No matter how far away you park, som jerk will find you

2) If anyone has hit your door (well the strip) moderatley hard, they may have left a ding under the strip. So when you peel them off, you may have now visible dings.
