Changing Username?

As I just purchased my first Mazda3, I wanted to get a proper account on here (rather than this one which I mainly used to post infrequently or about non-Mazda3 topics). I have registered again under a different username however I have yet to have my account activated. Why is it taking so long? The IP address for this account and my new one will be the same. I just want to get rid of this stupid username as I intend to be a more frequent/regular user of TM3 now.

I responded to your email. Users can not register multiple accounts. Any name change requests must be reviewed by the mod team.
