Many have spent $150-200 for SPC Adjustable Rear Upper Arms in order to adjust rear camber for those that are lowered. Found this on Rockauto and they're $39.38/each (You would need 2).

Great find OP. Would be curious to see someone run these through winter(s) and see if they seize as easily as some of the more expensive ones lol I know my SPC ones keep seizing to shits every year. Makes adjusting them a PIA

So my rear camber at - 2.9degress do i need camber arms? I heard its toe just to worry about and do alignments every year and rotate tires and it will be fine.

If you want to adjust that camber to be anything but -2.9 degrees, then yes. In terms of killing tires, yes it's mostly toe that does that.
