Im stupid yes i know, but FLOOR MAT!

i cant find the thread where i posted about the driver side floor mat and how to remove....so...maybe i can start up this thread...and somebody help me because i am stupid!! lol, i feel so ashamed at not knowing this..but i jus keep hearin\' teh carpet rip everytime i try and jus get fed up

rather than putting the [ img ] tags on your imagestation pics, try using [ url= ... ] [ /url ]

Just lift if off.... if you are talking about the permanent floor \"carpet\" I don\'t suggest taking that off.

could you please elaborate on step 1? it seems rather difficult... and what do you mean by lift mat from floor? do you have a picture? using 1 hand? both? a lift? please help

You get it yet Bubba?

1. Push down on the plastic clip with your right index finger
2. with your left hand, lift the mat from the front making sure it slips over the front edge of the clip (the non-pointed end)
3. Now that the mat should be out, thrash it around for taunting you so much.....

To re-install just slip the pointed end clip through the hole in the mat starting from the back and laying it down towards the front.

Done and done!
