Xerxes9 and i were talking about getting some people together to go watch furious 7 when it comes out. I was wondering if any of u wanna come? We could all meet somewhere and drive to the theater and watch the movie. If it gets enough interest we can arrange something convenient for everybody.

asyed dude Paul was my idol since I was in my basement watching the fast and the furious with my friends, or alone. All because it opened my world of love for cars past the track days my dad and I would go to. Wasn't just race cars, it was building street cars. I had a cold weight on my chest every scene with him cause I kept remembering it's the last one.

What did you guys think of the way "Brian" died in the movie?
I'm not sure he died as much as they made it a send off. My opinion is that instead of showing how they make the sequel go on, they showed what they ment by they're all family by giving him their own goodbye. And the supra leaving on the road when vin continues on his path I assume was Paul going his own way, where he belongs. Nobody killed him or did he die in the movie. It was a heart felt send off for their appreciation and love. I loved it.

It's not always about being fast.
Then beats the crap out of the transporter lol
I think this ends the character of Mia as well. Since Paul has chose to spend his life with his new family. There's no reason for Mia to be in the next installments.
Speaking about old characters. This franchise always talks about family.
Did you guys realize Leon abandoned this family. He s long gone after the first movie. And never returned.
Spineless jelly fish that never returned
Don't forget about the first shaw. He is still alive in a hospital. I'm sure the next movie he rescue his brother out of the 35 foot thick cell Hobbs has confined him in.
Prediction for 8: Hobbs dies.
And. Furious 8 was hinted by Vin Diesel it's NYC in 8

Spoilers**
I agree, not as much of the car scene as I would have liked but the movies advance and change and are different each time, so I understand that.
About the send off, originally I always said they needed to kill him off to have a proper send off but once you actually start watching the movie every time Brian could be in a situation where he could die you feel so sad if that would be the way he goes. I thought before I watched, if they just "sent him off" then it wouldn't make sense for the storyline. They made it knowing the audience understands that he past, and I think even though they didn't create a great story line for Brian's "leave" I still respect and enjoyed the way they ended it. I also liked that each actor had like their own "moment" on the beach which was Definitely a perfect and respectful way to have the buster leave. They had him leave with all his integrity. -anyone else shed a fewwww tears? :P it was definitely tugging on the heart strings with all the throwback shots and then all those sentimental one liners Dom was throwing out.
Also, the soundtrack for the movie was pretty great. I definitely am going to buy that. I think they always do a great job with the soundtrack. Especially that final song for Brian's send off, it was just perfect.

One thing epic about the movie is how each character said goodbye to Brian "Paul" in their own way
Mia showing so much compassion to her husband but really using her emotion to say good bye to Paul on the phone was memorable and true.
The other guys saying goodbye talking on the beach. I bet you they were holding back tears.
You can tell by their voices.
I respect this cast because it must be hard to stay in character in such a hard situation

Well since everyones throwing spoilers out there ill do a more indepth comment on the ending.
The montage and Doms speech was perfect. then there was the song that at first you were like "okay" but then when you go back and listen to the lyrics you go " HOLY SHIT"... so fitting. then the part where the two cars that parted ways just gave me the chills/feels.
As for the rest of the movie, I was pleaseantly suprised they went back to do the tokyo drift part but it would have been cool if they showed the race between dom and the main tokyo drift guy. The fact that they skipped that scene felt kinda weird. Also why the hell did they have to blow up the historic fast and furious house??? I get it would add to special effects but wasnt killing off Han good enough? Love how they bought back some of the old characters like Hector though... even if it was a short cameo. Also Dom/Hobbs/ jason statham must have bones of steel to survive that much physical injury. I know its a movie but cant they atleast put some realism in it?
Also I think its safe to say that no one left the theatre doing stupid stuff like revving and reckless driving in the parking lot. Everyone was too sad for that.

The sins from London has been brought back home.
Shaw has lots of revenge.

My buddies were expecting Lucas to be in the film more. I said to them the guys in high school or possibly one year out, his dad won't let him go back to the states to chase terrorists because he became "drift king"
As for the rest of the movie, I was pleaseantly suprised they went back to do the tokyo drift part but it would have been cool if they showed the race between dom and the main tokyo drift guy.

I hated that part where they just showed the ending scene from Tokyo drift. It all makes sense now but I wish it would have been something filmed with the rest of the furious 7 as opposed to just grabbing a scene from a 9 year old movie. As for that last scene it was very well done. It was a great way to end Paul's character.

I was pretty disappointed actually.. every movie seems to stray from what the series was originally about and more about destroying cities.. also I thought the script was really cheesy. Jason Statham blowing up every place he visited was a bit too much and the storyline had no suspense for me. Makes me want to watch 2 Fast 2 Furious again...

I liked the movie. It was cool watching it in DBox. I did like certain parts of the movie like the Abu Dhabi scenes and the fight between Letty and Rhonda Rousey.
Also like the Ramsey virus scenes near the end.
I liked the Race Wars scene as well.
