Hi Everyone!
I didn't drive my car for last 5-6 months. I jumped it with a friend's car yesterday, but I can't really drive it after I started it. :(
It seems fine reversing, but when I try switch to going forward - the car stalls and shakes. It then can go forward, but I have trouble accelerating it and the wheels locks up when I try to turn.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it, I have only had this car since august.

It's a 2012 mazda3 gs skyactive

Probably some things are seized. Not sure

Are you getting any warning lights?

Did you remove the e-brake?

Has it been parked inside for the last 5-6 months or outside?

Check all fluids level too. Maybe reset ECU?

Agree on the brake... even if was release it is possible the pads are locked in place by surface rust on the rotors. Reverse is a very low gear, so it is possible that you are getting enough torque to the wheels to get the thing to move in reverse, while forward gears with less torque can't over come the friction. Stick or automatic?
