High pitched squeel when turning wheel?

When I'm at a dead stop/parked, I can hear a high pitch squeel when I turn my wheel to both directions. Is this normal? I just noticed it recently but I'm certain it wasnt like that before.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys.Any ideas as to why its louder than usual now? What can I do reduce the sound?

Another thing, sometimes I can hear it but when I put my e brake down, it disappears.

The noise is probably from the extra resistance for the steering when you have your ebrake on (since it locks the rear wheels, thus less "play" when you turn.)

Also the noise has always been there :)
