I picked up at 2015 mazda 3gt and my acc port still stays powered after I turn off the car.. But does it turn off after as I leave my car? I leave my cellphone charger plugged in and don't want it to drain the battery.

It won't turn off after you leave your car, your cellphone charger won't drain the battery if it isn't charging your device or if it is just charging overnight. It's like worrying you'd run out of battery if you listen to the radio with the car off.

I have a 2015 as well. In the console the one on the left deactivates when you turn off the vehicle, the one on the right is always on.

I have my dashcam hardwired into one of the ports. On 24/7, does not drain the battery if you regularly drive your vehicle.

??? I have a 2015 and as far as I know, there's only one acc. port in the console of the armrest. Everything in there is live when the car is off.

Is it possible that it is a result of the i-ELOOP feature?

I have a 2015 GX, in my centre console there are 2 ports. Maybe the GT is different.
There is a built in battery run-down protection on the vehicle. Wouldn't worry too much.
