In the first gen speed the Sirius unit doubles as the aux input. Disabling or removing it means no more aux. I disabled mine for 3 months in a misguided attempt to get unlimited free sat radio, and I can confirm that it only works for like a month.

Bottom line - I doubt anyone will sell theirs.

I have a 2010 Mazda 3 and the radio buttons have a Sat button, but any idea how to activate it? Looking to get the free weekend feed when they offer it , like this weekend until July 6th.

Ya ..i think my 2012 has that too... I wonder if there is a way to enable that ? Who has one with a working sat channel ?

Or the radio console were all the same and the console with sat receiver was added during manufacture.
