I drove over an interlock curbe when i was turning to my right into my friend's driveway space was very tight, the bottom right corner of the car rubbed againts the interlock stones and resulted in a small dent and multiple deep scratches. I'm worried about rusting, is it worth fixing it and what would be a good price to fix it for decent quality work ?

That looks good. Did you try rubbing it? It's like the primer is still holding on! Might not be any rust issues.

No idea what the cost to fix would be, since that's not exactly an easy dent to fix.

PDR could probably fix the dented part (The big dent, not the nice scratches from the curb itself)

I'd say clear bra over it to prevent moisture from getting in and then buy a set of skirts and install them to hide it.

That's into the metal...I'd get it fixed, it will rust.

thanks for the suggestions, i'm leaning towards fixing it... i got an estimate from my mechanic for $350-$400 to fix the dent and repaint the area. Anyone know what these plastic plugs on the bottom of the car are there for ?

I believe mounting for your sideskirts

+1.

These plugs are removed and a plastic clip is inserted to hold the side skirt in place.

I'm not as knowledgeable on the gen 2, that's not a side skirt right? Body?

If so, definitely repair! Exposed body metal = potential rust!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, I know we all have them lapses. Did the same thing on my Gen1 but luckily I only slightly scratched the skirt (and I guess lucky I had a skirt there!)
