Hey guys,

Just thought id get some opinions, i have a gen 2 m3 2.5 i was looking to lower on a budget, i noticed the cm springs are a very reputable company with a decent price. My question is what springs are you running (not coils im not looking to get coils) and if i would need a camber kit. Ill be running mb battles with them.

Eibach Pro-kits. Any lower you'll most likely need camber kits...Pro-kits give you an excellent ride and leave about a inch gap per wheel and not so low you gotta worry about scraping...and their reasonably priced.

Mines an '05, it may be slightly different. Check my photo album on my profile, you'll see what the pro-kits look like with 17" oem and 18" rims. You go lower and expect the need for a camber kit.

Maybe someone with a Gen2 and Pros can show a better pic.

What are you looking for? low or actually better handling?

if you want to slam on springs, get first gen sportlines. you'll be plenty low and can get away without a camber kit depending on size / offset of your Battles
