Advice on catalytic, opinions?

looking for some helpful opinions here guys. i was looking into getting a high flow cat, my 2010 mz3 isint manual with magnaflow cat-back and ive heard another mazda with a high flow cat from flowmaster and a corksport cat-back and it sounds great. he got the high flow off amazon for 100 bucks. i called somewhere else and they offered me a vibrant high flow cat for 150 cash. now im wondering if brand makes a different in sound? is it worth the extra 50 bucks? and should i be worried for emissions?
