I've been having a little issue getting this bolt out, 10 years of rust and god only knows what else is making sure of that, So my next option is to cut the bolt off and knock it out.

Now i believe this is an M12X90mm (please corect me if this isn't the case) but is the hole this bolt goes into threaded in any way? last thing i want to do is to cut it and realise i am making things worse for myself.

is this the one that goes into the lower rear control arm? the rubber was completely torn within my bushing causing the steel center sheath to spin with the bolt (which at this point was basically fused and couldnt' slide out)
ended up having to cut up the bolt on both sides and part of the control arm. Needed a new bolt (had to go to Ford since the mazda dealer didn't have any) and then got another control arm off rock auto.

Yea it's the one that goes thru the frame and the bottom of the strut.

Put a jack under it. Jack it up once. Buy a breaker bar and some liquid wrench. Drown the bolt in liquid wrench and slowly start to take the bolt out. Take it a couple turns out then thread it back in and repeat.

Impact wrench turned down a little. Impulse air tools are good for not twisting bolts in half.

The problem is I can't get the nut off in the first place so my options are limited (as is my budget) so my thought is to cut the bolt and knock the remainder out.
