No, but I used the K&N cartridge filter for my Gen1 for 4 changes, had no complaints. It was equivalent or maybe slightly better than FRAM's regular filter (honestly, I don't remember that well anymore, was a few years ago)

I use K and n hp series. Forget the exact number but 1002 seems familiar

I'm looking for a substitute though for gen 2 speed3 as it is a little pricey. Anyone have a model # for a substitute?

I used to run these on my boosted 2.3L. Nothing but positive about them. Loved the 1" nut on them.

I did the 2.0 liter filter conversion so i didnt have to use cartrige on my 2.3 anyone else do that?
