The Mobil 1 Time-Attack series still has some spaces left for our 1 day school at the Mosport track at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This school is designed specifically for this track and is not a general car control school. Come and learn the fastest road track in North America. For more info check out registration at www.time-attack.ca

OTOH, if you are more experienced, in particular, at this track there are some lapping spots available for $250 i.e very cheap for a weekend day. Yes, you still need a helmet and approved roll over protection if driving a convertible but you do not need a CASC licence or to belong to a CASC club.

If you are REALLY keen, stay for the Sunday competition event. There will still be lapping on Sunday morning before the competition but only for competitors in the event.

Yes this the GP track, not the DDT. Yes, the price is real.

OTOH, if you have never driven this track before, I HIGHLY suggest taking the school. It is not that much more money and might well save your bacon.

Just looked up the school and well as tempting as it is I don't think i could swing that so soon, especially since I'd need new tires too.
Hopefully there's another one later this year :(

Sorry Ryan but the next school/lapping day is at Calabogie on the August long weekend. A wonderful track but a bit of a hike for 1 day. Like the Mosport events, the Mobil 1 Time-Attack series will be having a competition event there as well on the Sunday following the lapping and instructional day on the Saturday.

BTW, the registration for either lapping event is done through www.motorsportreg.com If you have never used this site, it is a great way to keep up to date on events within a certain area.

You can still register for the school through www.time-attack.ca

PM me if you have any registration issues and I will put you through to the series registrar.
