I can't speak to the head unit itself since I will never receive it but here is my story .
I bought and paid for an Eonon GA 5163 android head unit on June 30,2015. two days later I get an email from Eonon customer service saying that the item I ordered is out of stock, but two days earlier it was in stock accordion to their website.
for my inconvenience they offered me a 10 percent discount on any other of there items. I didn't want a Windows OS because they are slow and lagging.
not to mention I responded within 5 minutes of them replying to my email, but I had to wait 24 hours for them to respond. they tried to blackmail me with discounts for positive feedback. they are the worst company to do business with in my opinion.
I filed a claim with paypal to get my over 500.00 back.
I tried to leave negative feedback on the eonon website but they don't publish negative feedback only positive ones.

Eonon is a joke. I bought the D5163Z and it was a pile of crap. Volume knob was barely operational, the touchscreen was unresponsive, and the OS running WinCE was horrendous. Navi kept freezing and crashing and forced me to reset the unit several times while driving. This all happened within the first two days of owning it. Also they wired the AUX incorrectly on the unit so you have to cut and resolder the wiring. Even better, they sent me a file to update the firmware and it actually bricked the device.
I had to pay $90 to ship it back to them and said I wouldn't want another piece of trash WinCE unit, so I paid another $110 to get the GA5163. This unit was also trash, but since it's Android I was able to install a custom ROM and update the MCU to make it a proper deck. However, the CanBus decoder they send out with the GA5163 will drain your battery unless you cut and flip the power wires.
Their customer service is non-existent and when you mention these horrible design flaws and wiring mistakes they made, their idea of a solution is to tell you to "just apply the fix that user did" instead of apologizing for charging $500 on units that were put together by dismembered epileptic monkeys. I wouldn't recommend Eonon to my worst enemies. It's nice having an OEM look to your aftermarket deck, but it's not worth the money and headache.

Ok I thought I was the only one that felt this way.
