Hello, I will try to be brief.
I need help on who to talk to in mazda canada

I was at my mazda dealership 2 months ago for standard servicing. Tranny pan removal and flush. I am out of warranty, it is a 10 year old car.

I was charged 3 hours for a job that took only 1.5 hours as I looked at my watch. the service manager of the dealership was unsympathetic and a real Ahole to fix what should have been a simple issue which he said was a computer "glitch". I realized that i could get nowhere, and gave up my argument as the end of the day approached. he threatened to take my car if i did't pay up for the 3hours so i paid up. As i went back to my car i noticed that only 5 of my 9 quarts of tranny fluid had been used up.

I got charged for a flush they didn't perform, only a drain an fill. But it gets better. One of the techs at the dealership spilled one quart of oil in the engine bay. As i used my heating/cooling blower, the car reeked of oil smell. I went to another dealership the next day MoT, and they sprayed the engine bay with a power wash. They cleaned up everything that was visible. It was much better, but the smell was still there. I can now only drive in recirculation mode, and fear the winter when i have to use a defroster.

Mazda canada rep said the car was out of warranty so they can't help. the standard warranty person at mazda canada was useless. I only reailzed recently that this is an issue not caused on the road, but by the tech person themselves.
I need to escalate this big time, but don't know who to contact for this customer service disaster. Litterally the worst experience of my life in purchasing a product by a mile.

The question is,whom do i speak to??
if any of you have a specific name you spoke to in a disaster (which i have read many is this forum), please pass on the contact or title.
I don't want to sell my car. I love it., but the stink is unbearable.

You should escalate at the dealership first, there will be a manager for the entire dealership (beyond the service manager). If that goes nowhere, it's probably a civil matter and really isn't Mazda Canada's problem (although they may still care).

I spoke to someone at mazda canada and they told me that she couldn't help me because the car is not under warranty anymore. But the thing is, this is not an issue that was cuased on the road, it happened in the shop. Are they not responsible some how? I find it a little odd.

The dealerships are not owned by Mazda Canada, they are franchises. Escalate within the dealership.
