A lot of TM3 members are asking me what discounts they have when purchasing parts over the retail counter and the answer to that is 20%! Not 5%, not 10%, not 15% but 20%!

if a parts not in stock, how long does it usually take? I need to make sure to plan accordingly that i order in time before making trips back to Toronto. There's some odds and ends i was considering that aren't worth buying in the US or i can't find here, Visors being one of them

ryan2.3 If the part is not in stock at the Dealership but if we have stock in the Mississauga warehouse, I can have the parts on the following business day at 7:30am ready for pick up at the Dealership. If the item is in stock in the U.S, it'll take me 2-3 business days depending on what items they are.

Went in today to get some oil and a filter. I pre ordered the items and they had them ready to go when I got there, was very convenient and I can defiantly appreciate the discount. Will definitely be going back.

standard menu services are not discounted.
Oil change, annual inspection etc.
Anything over and above would be eligible.

And ensure you have TM3 plate covers or decals. Without any TM3 items on the car you will not be eligible for the discount from an affiliate dealership.

Placed an order for parts today, and the discount is 10% now. It also sounds like the discount is unofficial now (?). I didn't fully grasp the explanation, but nonetheless, I'm still happy to have it.
