With Halloween coming up this weekend, does anyone have any plans to see this movie? I\'m not a fan of scary movies but I went to see this last Friday with a several friends of mine. The theatre was packed full of teenagers since it was only rated PG. Scary but a lot of fun, it grabs you within the first couple of minutes and doesn\'t let go right up until the end.

Tell me how you like it. Again, I\'m not a fan of scary movies so my only frame of reference is The Exorcist: The Beginning and that was completely laughable.

I thought it was pretty good. It will actual scare people too, not like all those other cheesy \"horror\" movies. Its like how the end of the ring scared people but is like that throughout the movie. A couple of people left mid way threw the movie and never returned. WOOSE!!!!!!!

My friends were creaping me out by telling me about the Japanese version beforehand, I was ready to was (don\'t laugh) Shall We Dance until the person I was going to see it with changed her mind and went with the rest of the group.

\"Saw\" looks just as messed up too!

Haven’t seen yet, have my doubts, as it reminds me of The Ring – which was suppose to be very scary, but didn’t keep me up that night. :zzz

Guys....this movie is really scary...I saw it last Friday and I\'m still not over it.

They\'ve already made a sequel to it in Japan but it sounds a little to far fetched to me. And that noise the ghost makes...creepy! It\'s nice how the trailer preceeding the movie get you \"in the mood\". They showed Saw, The Seed of Chucky, ESV (I think, some movie about recording the voices of the dead on modern recording equipment) and the Ring 2!

just seen it.. that movie juist blew chunks..

it was more funny than scary.. omg.. what a waste of money!!!

i saw the movie after the meet it was quite jumpy not scary tho. my gf was scared i wasnt lol...

aaaaah.. just saw the chainsaw massacre (2003) and that was F*(&$*(% gross and scary.. MUUUUUCH more than the grudge.. damn.. i can\'t go to bed yet.. ugh

i wanna see the \"saw\" tho.. looks freaky..

\"Saw\" is way more gory than the 2003 texas chainsaw massacre....it is ****ed up. while watching it, you\'ll ask \"who the hell thinks of these things?!\"

i\'ve seen both the japanese Ju-On and the american The Grudge....they are basically the same but the japanese one is better, imo, as they have a knack for creeping you out without using special effects.

this movie sucked.... it didn\'t scare me... it made me laugh because it was the typical in your face flash to make you jump.

I saw \"The Grudge\" It was a crappy movie but it scared the crap out of me. It is similar to \"The Ring\" and the woman with the long hair thing was straight out of \"The Ring\". No originality. I did find it scary! I had nightmares all night after watching it. But then again I\'m a whimp when it comes to scary movies.

Talk about critcal?! If the movie scared you (made you jump, cover your eyes, flinch) then it did it\'s job...
It\'s a \"horror\" flick... What do you expect? Academy award stuff??

In truth, I went to see it just to see Sarah Michelle Gellar... God, what a fantastic woman!! I miss her from her Buffy days... Damn lucky Freddy Prince guy!!! :(

Oh well... hopefully she\'ll return to TV... ;)
