Leather seat has a bit of tear starting

Any way I can prevent the tear from getting larger? Its on the driver seat

If there is a tear starting it's unavoidable.. Unless fixed by a specialist.. Preventing it from cracking and what not you should apply leather conditioner once in a while... From past experience but maybe there is other ways out there...
