2013 Mazda 3 Touring Edition Seat Warmers

Not sure if I missed something, but in the 2013 mazda's with seat warmers, do they only warm up the back of the seat but not the part you sit on? Or is this some defect that I missed?
I don't ever recall to actual seats warming up, only the backs.
Any advice is appreciated.

With factory heated seats it should do both back and butt. I've seen a few lower heating elements burnt out.

Ya.. My driver side lower seat heater burnt out too. Luckily it was still under warranty so took it to Mazda and it fixed it for me.

call the dealer and ask if It comes equpt with it. not all had lower due to the weight sensors.
