Perhaps it is because this light has been red for over an hr.

After calling the police to suggest perhaps sending an officer to direct traffic I was told it was the cities problem.

3 lanes, each direction, probably 20 in each lane.. most of the cars, have bailed on to side streets.. What I cant understand is why their dispatcher cant get a cop to manager the intersection..
