Anyone getting NFS:U2? I don\'t know if the 3 is in it, but I have my doubts. Never the less we can race eachother :) because all of us drive responsibly and never race on the streets ;).

I’m getting it, but it will be my Christmas gift, so I will have to cut it open, and reseal it if I want to play it before then.;) I don’t think the Mazda 3 is in, but maybe someone will have it as a download?

Got it today, yes Christmas came early for me, don’t tell Santa. Got really ticked off at first, as the game kept crashing, couldn’t even start a race. With all the things that I tried to correct it, the only solution was to lower some of the graphic settings. The game is good, has something that last game should have had, game replay. The GTO is just wild, and the Cadillac Escalade is fun to power slide around corners. I’ll keep playing for a while, and post more information, and maybe some pictures, once I get more into the game.

IMO the game sux..

I played NFSU (original) when it came out.. i got hooked and was like 90% finished and then i decided to reinstall windows little too late to find out all game saves go to my documents forlde (WTF thought of THAT brilliant idea?) anyway.. that game was good.. graphix and gameplay.. EA has thing magical gift of screwing the games up from year to year (take NHL series as an example) 2K (or 99) was good.. and all up until 2004 was craptacular.. now we need a gamepad with 20 buttons or use cryptic keys on our keyboards to control the stick movements.. but i digress..

i find this one (NFSU2) annoying.. ie. to save your progress you have to cofirm it 3 times.. are you sure you want to save? are you sure you want to overwrite? are you sure you wnat to continue? WTF can i press when continue is the only button.. ugh..

anyway.. i also find it annoying that you have to drive to get to your missions and that there are a few garages but each one only has specific items/components..

also.. and i know this is my hardware\'s fault.. but if you have anything OLDER than R9700PRO with 128mb VRAM, don\'t bother.. even with that card i CANNOT play on my favourite setting of 12x10@high detail..

spinners? escalade? lambo doors? WTF? meh..

drifting was better in the first NFSU. now you drift with oponents at the same time, don\'t really see the point as they keep going for speed (time) and i kill them with \"collosal drifts\".. hmm

drag racing is one thing i like.. lol.. and i think the ONLY thing i like.. brooke isn\'t even fu(k!ng animated.. bah.. boring.. inter-mission videos are of $H!T quality (i think they are optimized for 240x160 cell phone screens.. am i done? hmmm.. yep.. i\'m gonna try again at lower res b/c really at low detail u might as well not play at all .. it all looks crap..

EDIT: ok.. turn off AA and you\'ll be ok.. no more black screen for me :p
another annoyance.. the \"next \"continue\" whatever buttons are obscured by the \"ID3 tag info\" of the songe being played who cares man.. u don\'t need to tell me who\'s singin just play the damn music..

I got the PC version. Its not that bad, I tried it for a bit the other night. Kept using the 350Z as my car of choice. Anyone know all the codes to unlock all the cars and tracks?

I am so hooked on this NSPU2 game, time has no meaning, when I think I have been playing for 10 minutes, an hour has passed. There must be some game-addiction support group somewhere, as I will need it soon.:)

The only thing I don’t like is when you sell a car, you lose the mods, and don’t get them back if you decide to buy the car back, you loose the money too, but I found a cheat that gave me unlimited money.:)

At least it\'s realistic... in real life, not all exhausts can go from car to car... expecially things like Turbo\'s.

In NFSU1, I had money coming out of my ears. I\'m glad they fixed that. Makes things more of a challange.

Future Shop has just dropped the price of this game (PC version) by $10. If you have purchased this within the past 30 days, take your receipt back to the store, and they will refund the difference from the original price. For me, I have a few days left, and will head over tomorrow.
